Divine Thinking and Personal Reality, Part 2

Knowing one’s true SELF We often identify ourselves with our physical body, with our emotions, and with our mind. These three principles represent our personality. We are often led to believe that the personality is the Self, whereas it is simply a persona, a mask that the Soul wears that it may function in the lower dimensions. The personality is mortal and subject to change. It is not the permanent part of our being. Should we identify with the personality we assume the characteristics of mortality with its sense of limitation and lack. In the long run we lose our true sense of identity. We feel that our identity is somehow displaced and know no longer what we are. By …

Divine Thinking And Personal Reality Part 1

In metaphysics we are taught that the mind plays an important role in determining one’s reality. The combination of all our belief structures, attitudes, expectations, hopes, feelings, and subconscious imprints build up the “reality” that we experience. This reality is substantially our mental perception and interpretation of the varying impressions that our senses accumulate, and this resultant reality differ from person to person. No two individuals perceive or interpret the world exactly alike, even-though there may be a consensus, a collective consciousness underlying everyday objective consciousness that forms a basic reality for individuals or entities vibrating at mutual wavelengths. This is sometimes called a “shared-dream.” From the Cosmic point of view, everything is a dream, a play of the senses, …

Divination Without Being Psychic

When we think about spiritual inquiring and divination, we often think that one needs to be psychic in order to do so. Well, that is not true. If one is not psychic, how does one clarify spiritual-based queries about oneself? There are 2 methods that I know of, namely Applied Kinesiology and Pendulum Reading. Using Applied Kinesiology or Muscle testing, it is possible to ask our own body and the soul/mind questions and get ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ responses. Applied Kinesiology works by gauging the reaction of certain muscle after asking the intended question. A strong response from the muscle means a ‘Yes’, while a ‘No’ will elicit a weak reaction. Uncertainty to a question will also yield a ‘No’ or …

Dare to Achieve and Discover a Daring New You

I’m doing things differently in the New Year! For a start, I’m not going to undertake a million and one things with deadlines impossible to keep (though I suspect my interest in new projects will get the better of me). Many amazing and interesting things in this world grab my attention, making it easy for me to get sidetracked. My intention for the New Year is to transcend all previous successes and achieve things previously not considered. I’m curious to know where it will lead me (there’s that sidetracking issue again). It’s a scary thought but exciting all at once. Yes, next year sure will be different and amazing. If you’ve come through a year filled with boredom, sameness, heartache, …

City of Peace – East Meets West. The Dream of the Spiritual Is-Ra-El

The One Integrated Spirit (IS) as the spiritual IS-Ra-EL (Zion: The Core of the Universal Mind) has been trying desperately to unify His children (all the individuals of mankind) around the perception of One-ness for the length of this Creation, always hoping to gather them from their exile from Himself. sHe has made a protective connection for the third time in the history of this Creation between the Eternally unified JeruShalem (The One: Unity Itself) above and the manifested earthly JeruShalem (ancient Hebrew name for Jerusalem) of the City below, as the capital of an earthly IS-Ra-El, in an attempt to manifest the Holy of Holies of unity, love, and kindness, within the inner and outer Dream of this Creation. …

CHARITY AND SACRIFICE WHY AND HOW

By undertaking pilgrimage to holy places and participating in ‘Satsangas’ (congregations) one leads towards charity, individually, combined or by some other way which is very much desired for the needy and down-trodden for their upliftment. Pilgrimage without imbibing virtues will remain and mean only some distance covered and journey undertaken without purpose. No doubt holy places give refuge to the weary souls, make us humble and help in enhancing our spirituality. Charity is an act of great sacrifice, graciousness, piousness, nobleness, compassion, forgiveness and one of the virtuous qualities for absolving one’s adversities. One who gives charity feels the pinch of problems of others as his/ her own. Happiness and grace multiplies by sharing with others. One should not accept …

Ceremonial Magic Some Secret sources of Energy

Individual Power is the energy that resides within you and is emanated from your body. Psychics see this energy as your aura. Earth Energy is the energy that resides in the spirits. Divine Force is the energy from devoted the Gods and other Deities or Demons. “The purpose of magick is to alter the self and the environment according to the will” The ability to think seems to set us apart from other creatures. And although we are concerned with living in the physical world, we are mental beings. The fact is we are thinking all the time. We plan, we brood, and we get depressed or elated — all of it is thought. But the universe is mental too, …

Can Dream Interpretation Be A Valid Method For Self-growth?

Can dream interpretation be a valid method for self-growth? My answer is Yes. But to answer to the question of how can it be so…well… to be frank, I have no straight answers. All I can say is that the guiding hand of the intelligence of soul/higher self/Source works in mysterious ways. An understanding of our dreams is the most direct way of tapping into this cosmic intelligence. This is one of the easier method when compared to other means such as clairvoyance training and other psychic developments. The reason for this ease is because most of us dream! Interestingly, dream interpretation can also be applied in other areas too. It can be and has been used successfully to interpret …

Making the World a Better Place One Single Thread at a Time

Jesus Christ did not always answer a question about life with a religious answer. When they asked him big questions about kingdoms and religions he often pointed them to smaller and more approachable matters like helping one individual at a time. In fact Christ was constantly steering his disciples away from big earth shaking type questions. He pointed them back to the least common denominators such as love, kindness and faithfulness over the smallest responsibilities. He was less concerned with the macrocosmic than the microcosmic solutions to problems in our world. Here are a couple of examples that show how Christ called for people to re-focus on the smaller everyday matters of life. And whosoever shall give to drink unto …

Belief, Opinion, Pride, Expectation

None of us can predict the future, but we can choose which paths that we take. What’s the big deal with people expecting you to do what everyone else does? Mathew verses 7-14 says that there are two paths. One more travelled and one less travelled. You think people would be excited for you to do something different. Belief. So your a bum when you go your own way, but then suddenly your succesful when you make something of yourself. It’s the dollar that talks soo loudly these days. It’s terribly distracting. Like you’re trying to keep things low profile, but it’s turning up the volume with “Black or White” on. Your parents want you to be quiet. And It’s …

Becoming a different Toy

Now I’ve been told that the Purpose of life is to give glory to God through enjoying him. My first thought was – That’s a great thought. But what about if your not a Christian? After alot of thought I realized that whether your a Christian or not your purpose doesn’t change. We don’t decide our purpose. Our creator does. Think to a time in your life where you’ve designed something; anything. You designed it to accomplish something to have a set purpose. If you are a toy car, you can’t not like the way that you drove one day and decide to become a toy robot. Just like if you design a car: you designed it to be a …

Bad Company Corrupts Good Character

In 1 Corinthians 15:33, Paul wrote: “Do not be misled: Bad company corrupts good character.” This statement should be your guiding light when selecting your next roommates. In the same way that your family influenced you growing up, the people you live with now will also change the way you speak, act and think. This is great news if you pick solid, Christian roommates who will help you to grow. Proverbs 27:17 says that “As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.” However, the influence of your roommates can also corrupt your good character according to the verse from 1 Corinthians. Rather than being sharpened, you can be slowly whittled away. The worst part is, this happens slowly and …

A General Look at Alchemy Part 4

Steps in Alchemy Every spiritual system has its steps or phases of development. The Qabalist has his guide in the fruits and the paths of the “Tree of Life.” Mahayana Buddhism teaches its adherents the various “bhumis,” or “grounds” that has to be passed; other traditions such as Sufism and Yoga similarly have designated the rungs of the spiritual ladder. The 33 degrees of Freemasonry has its prototype in the vetebrae of the human spine. Kundalini is supposed to climb 33 rungs before she is crowned in the sahasrara chakra. The Patriarch Jacob was shown in a vision how to climb that spiritual ladder. In Alchemy, teachings differ as to the number of stages required; some adepts propound 5, 7, …

A General Look at Alchemy Part 2

Physical Alchemy Transmutation of one substance into another such as base metals into gold, water into wine, etc., is the physical aspect of alchemy. It is often referred to as the “Greater Circulation.” Much charlatanry and quackery became involved with this aspect and many people were cheated by rascals who claimed that they had in their possession the Philosopher’s Stone that could effect a transmutation of base metals into gold. Human greed knows no bounds; the poor wishes to be wealthy, the rich aims to be wealthier, and with all their efforts, whether successful or not, sorrow and suffering is the karmic result. Aspirants of the Ancient Wisdom are taught that the world of form is transient and that one’s …

A FREE Tool That Will Change Your Life!

We are living at an incredible time and anyone that is following the spiritual path knows that the earth is changing, which in effect, propels human beings to evolve/change as well. There is no escaping. Those that are resisting the changes because they are not aware of what is going on, their lives will show much turmoil and chaos. All one has to do is look outside and see this for themselves. This is not top secret, it is wake up time. The inner search has finally been put into high gear for many! People no longer believe in other humans who once stood on high pedestals, as those pedestals are crumbling beneath their feet. Many people are finally turning …

A brief history of dreams and their interpretation

The interpretation of dreams by dream experts may be almost as old as dreaming itself. We know that all humans, and many animals, dream every night, and humans have always been fascinated to learn what causes dreams and what they mean. The interpretation of dreams dates back at least as far as 3000-4000 B.C. We know that because the interpretations of dreams were recorded in permanent form on clay tablets. It is thought that many primitive peoples were unable to initially distinguish between the real world and the dream world. In many cases, these people looked upon the dream world as an extension of the physical world around them, and in many cases they saw the dream world as more …
